  • This is the largest high-altitude marsh in the Chartreuse Park. It is made up of three natural environments: orchid meadows, reed beds and scattered willow woodlands.

  • The Marais des Sagnes is located a little way out of town, in a valley below the hamlet of Les Sagnes. It offers a mosaic of wetlands: reedbeds, orchid meadows and willow groves of high biological value. The site lies on the edge of the forested slopes of the Ecoutoux, in a traditional mid-mountain agricultural landscape.
