Breathe, you are there, house atmosphere chalet at the foot of the Charming Som for a relaxing stay with family or friends. Superb view on the surrounding summits.

In the heart of the Chartreuse, and only 45 minutes from Grenoble, surrounded many hiking trails that start from the house (snowshoeing trails in winter) and 5 minutes from the alpine ski resort of St Pierre (28 trails). This house has 3 bedrooms (8 beds, possible 10 + 1 baby bed and changing table), 1 bathroom/WC and 1 shower room/WC, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room/dining room, a laundry room and a large terrace with garden tables and chairs, a gas barbecue to enjoy the outside. The most relaxing features: a TV/DVD corner, a Jacuzzi type bathtub, a sauna and a recreation room with a pingpong table.
