Looped route with forest passages, beautiful views of the Chartreuse peaks, alternating roads and trails.
- Guidebook with maps/step-by-step(1) Leaving the hamlet La Diat at the summer swimming pool parking lot, join the main road, then head towards Saint Laurent du Pont for a few metres before taking the road up on your left.
(2) Climb the road before plunging into the forest on your left. At the top, continue up the hill on your right, just before the Valombré gîte, in the direction of Charmant Som. Follow this direction as far as Granges Grand Pleynan, where you turn left downhill towards the hamlet of Les Revols.
(3) On the road out of the hamlet, turn right, then stay on the road for 500 m before continuing left onto Chemin de Saint Bruno.
(4) Cross the road to join the path slightly to your left, and continue downhill towards the hamlet of Les Marrons.
(5) This part of the descent is on an open road, so take care until you reach the Chemin du Grand Logis on your left after the bus shelter.
(6) Turn right at the next junction and then left behind the building to enjoy a passage through the forest, or turn left at the exit to enjoy the view of Saint Pierre de Chartreuse.
(7) At the bottom of the descent, after a few hairpin bends, turn left to cross La Diat and its leisure center, before returning to the finish parking lot.
