Come and practice recreational nordic walking in the Pays Voironnais region. Two weekly groups departing from Voiron and surrounding towns + additional outings on certain Saturdays throughout the year as well as introductory sessions.

Two nordic walking groups for leisure and experienced practitioners. Beginners accepted (loan of poles on request). The outings depart from Voiron and nearby towns within a 20 km radius. Days and times of outings: Groups 1 and 2 in the morning, Mondays and Wednesdays, from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.-11:45 a.m., except during short school holidays. Apart from these weekly outings, throughout the year and/or during school holidays, introductory and advanced technical sessions may be offered to members and outsiders alike. Equipment for nordic walking: Nordic walking poles (loan available), flexible, comfortable and breathable clothing, trail trainers or flexible, low-cut hiking shoes (no smooth soles or rigid shoes with high uppers). Backpack + water + snacks + waterproof windbreaker.
