A local organic bakery with a wood-fired oven, offering sourdough bread, brioches, biscuits, and both sweet and savory treats.
Find our bread for sale on-site, as well as in several local markets and grocery stores.
The bakery is committed to a high-quality approach, using locally sourced organic ingredients and traditional bread-making methods that respect the craft.

Bakery Selection: whole wheat, country-style, sesame, poppy seed, spelt, flax & sunflower, chestnut, walnut, fig & walnut, raisin & hazelnut, or olive & rosemary, available in 500g or 1kg loaves.
Biscuits, available in bulk or 200g packs: almond/sesame/ginger, hazelnut/chocolate, lemon/poppy seed, cranberry/white chocolate, raspberry.
Buttery brioches, milk rolls, pastries, burger buns…

Catering Selection: a range of sweet treats, gluten-free or not, all made with organic and as many local ingredients as possible! Try our apple & chestnut fondants, walnut & ginger brownies, or sweet potato & chocolate cakes.
