Description
J'aime Boc'oh is an anti-gaspi cannery and caterer that helps to create jobs for people who are marginalised from the labour market.
The canning factory makes jams, aperitif spreads, pickles, pesto and lacto-fermented products from unsold supermarket produce and surplus produce from custom-made producers.
The caterer designs balanced, gourmet, local, anti-gaspi and solidarity-based meals for organisations and individuals under a range of services.
In 7 years, J'aime Boc'oh has collected more than 350 tonnes of fruit and vegetables locally and created 26 jobs, 20 of which are back-to-work, enabling people to find stable, long-term employment once they have finished working in the canning factory.
