Evening meals: when you decide to eat at our place, and sometimes with us, expect some organic and vegetarian food, and local as often as possible.
Vegetables are cultivated by Thierry on the lands of Château partagé.
He is using a peasant and organic agriculture but also two mares called Radieuse and Altesse.
The natural bread is also made on the spot. Thomas built his oven inside Château partagé and makes organic bread in his wood-fired oven.
