Ideally located with hiking trails 50m away and just a few minutes from Lake Paladru at Le Pin in the Villages du Lac de Paladru commune, the gîte is a recently renovated 50m² outbuilding.

We invite you to stay in our gîte located in Le Pin on the Villages du Lac de Paladru commune.

The 32m2 ground floor comprises a living/dining room, a bathroom/WC and a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room.
The kitchen is equipped with oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
The bathroom and sanitary facilities are in the same space. You'll have access to a 70x70 shower, washbasin and mirror.
The 25m2 attic bedroom is upstairs, with a 160x200cm bed and two 90x200cm beds. Large curtains separate the room if required.

2 private terraces are available with outdoor furniture and a plancha. One of the terraces overlooks a meadow. Horse-riding friends will be able to look after their horses on a 1500m2 plot adjoining the gîte, complete with automatic drinking trough and shelter.

For riders and cyclists, there's a secure area where you can store your equipment.
Your canine friends will be welcome, provided they are sociable (dog, children, etc.) and not runaways (there are external partitions, but not very high). No extra charge in exchange for proper housekeeping for subsequent users.
An electric vehicle recharging outlet is available (charging charge varies according to vehicle type).
