Weekend shock and technical workshops trail running

We offer a variety of impact weekends to help you progress in trail riding with ease.

Join us in and around Grenoble for a two day course specifically designed to meet your expectations! On each of these courses, we offer two levels of intensity to ensure you can progress at your own pace, in the group that suits you.

You will run in a small group, with a qualified trail coach for a maximum of 7 participants.

These trail courses around Grenoble that we offer are "à la carte": you choose the day or days that interest you, by consulting the programme below.

We propose you to join us in 3 different places, around Grenoble: Villard-de-Lans (Vercors), Saint-Pierre-de-Chartreuse (Chartreuse) or the resort of Deux-Alpes (Oisans). These three places were chosen for their easy access by public transport, their proximity to Grenoble, but also for the possible routes.

Unlike our other trail courses and stays, these trail courses do not include accommodation so that you can be flexible: you choose the days and places that interest you, and the accommodation that suits you. If you wish, we can of course put you in touch with local accommodation.
